At Gamespon, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging with all included accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team before sending any items back:

Include the following in your email:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
- Photos of the item if damaged or defective
Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method
- Partial refunds may be issued for items that are not in their original condition, are missing accessories, or show signs of use not due to our error
- Please allow an additional 3–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit to your account
Defective or Damaged Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@gamespon.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or video showing the defect or damage
We will offer one of the following resolutions at no additional cost to you:
- A full replacement of the same item
- A full refund to your original payment method
- A store credit if preferred
We cover all return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
Warranty
All Gamespon consoles and hardware products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers:
- Hardware malfunctions under normal use
- Screen defects
- Button or joystick failures
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage caused by the customer (drops, liquid damage, unauthorized modifications)
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by use of non-recommended accessories or software
To make a warranty claim, contact us at support@gamespon.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, contact us at support@gamespon.com and we will arrange a replacement shipment once the defective item is returned.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective / damaged / incorrect items: Gamespon covers return shipping costs in full
- Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Gamespon is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a full refund. Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code may be eligible for store credit only, at our discretion.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:
- Check your bank account and card statement again
- Contact your credit card company — posting times vary by institution
- Contact your bank directly
If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@gamespon.com and we will investigate immediately.
