Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays) after payment has been confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number.
During peak periods (holidays, sales events), processing times may extend to 3–5 business days. We appreciate your patience.

Free Shipping
Free standard tracked shipping is automatically applied at checkout for:
- United States: Orders over $40
Free shipping applies to standard tracked shipping only. Priority shipping fees always apply.
Order Tracking
Every Gamespon order includes full tracking. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with:
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to track your shipment in real time
You can also track your order at any time via our Track Your Order page.
Please allow 24–48 hours after your dispatch email for tracking to activate on the carrier's system.
Shipping Carriers

- DHL / DPD / Royal Mail (International)
The carrier assigned to your order depends on your location and selected shipping method.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Gamespon is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.
To update your address, contact us at support@gamespon.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once dispatched, we are unable to redirect shipments.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us at support@gamespon.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of any damage (if applicable)
We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue with a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Note: We are not responsible for parcels marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but reported as not received. Please check with neighbors, your local post office, or any safe locations before contacting us.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For orders shipped outside the United States, customs duties, import taxes, or VAT may be applied by your local government. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
Gamespon has no control over these fees and cannot predict what charges may apply. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for more information prior to ordering.
